GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. THE CONTRACT
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Outdoor Tribe, Jure Fajfar s.p. (hereinafter: the Provider) and the individual or entity booking a tour (hereinafter: the Client). By booking a service, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.
II. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
All Clients wishing to make a booking need to carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions. The Provider reserves the right to decline any booking.
A booking is considered confirmed once the Provider issues a written confirmation via email. A payment of full booking value is required at the time of booking. Full amount needs to be settled before the beginning of any tour/activity.
III. PERSONAL FITNESS AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS
The Client must ensure they are physically fit ort he chosen activity. The Provider will be happy to discuss and recommend the most suitable tour/activity to the Client, based on their conditions, but we cannot carry responsibility for their health. When in doubt, the Client needs to consult their physician before booking any tour/activity. All medications can and should be brought to the tour/activity.
If any Client suffers from any conditions, physical, mental or otherwise, he/she is obligated to notify the Provider in writing prior to booking. The Provider reserves the right to decline a booking if said conditions pose a danger to the Client or others. Likewise, failure to notify the Provider of any such condition may result in a denial of services to such Client. Pregnancy is considered a medical condition and must be discussed with the Provider at the time of booking.
IV. CHILDREN AND MINORS
The minimum age for a person participating in the tours/activities organised by the Provider varies according to each tour/activity. It is the Client’s responsibility to determine the minimum age requirements according to each tour/activity before requesting a booking.
All minors (anyone under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by an adult, who is either their parent or legal guardian. All inquiries with respect to children and minors are subject to review and approval by the Provider.
V. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
We understand that plans change. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations > 14 days prior: Full refund minus a small administrative fee.
- Cancellations 7–13 days prior: 50% refund of the total price.
- Cancellations < 7 days prior: No refund will be issued.
- No-shows: No refund.

We strongly recommend that all Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
VI. CHANGES BY THE PROVIDER
The Provider reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen closures (e.g., Triglav National Park restrictions). In the rare event that the Provider must cancel a tour, the Client has the following options:
- Client may accept a new departure date;
- Client may accept a replacement tour/activity of equivalent or similar itinerary and price range (without any additional payment);
- Client may cancel his/her booking altogether and receive a full refund.
The Provider will only cancel a tour/activity less than 48 hours before departure for safety reasons (water level, weather forecast, any kind of unsafe conditions, etc.), for unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside of the Providers' control (Force Majeure), or if there are too few people to operate a tour/activity.
VII. PRICE VALIDITY
Valid prices are listed on the website www.outdoortribe.si. All prices are per person, unless otherwise specified. All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.
VIII. RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
The Provider reserves the right to terminate a tour for any Client whose behavior is disruptive or dangerous to themselves or others. The Provider does not tolerate any illegal drugs and/or alcohol on their tours/activities. In case a Client has to be removed from a tour/activity for any reason, he/she shall not be entitled to any refund.
The Provider's guides, instructors and representatives decisions are final on all matters.
IX. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The Provider maintains professional liability insurance as required by Slovenian law. However, the Provider is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by gross negligence.
Participation in adventure activities is at the Client's own risk. Any Client engaging in tours/activities with the Provider is recommended to carry extensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal injury, repatriation and evacuation. Further amendments to your policy, such as trip cancellation, loss of luggage and personal effect are also encouraged.
X. CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
In the event that a Client has a complaint against the Provider, the Client must first file a complaint to the Provider's tour/activity leader at the time the complaint arises. The Provider's representative is best suited to address Client's complaints. If necessary, the representative will contact general manager. In case the Client is still unsatisfied, he/she must file a written complaint to the Provider within 15 days of the end of the tour/activity. The Provider can not accept any liability for claims received after this period.
XI. APPLICABLE LAW
The Terms and Conditions including all matters arising from it are subject to the law and the exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Republic of Slovenia, and will be governed exclusively by Slovenian law.

XIII. UPDATES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Provider reserves the right to update and/or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client must remain updated with any such changes.
XIV. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
These Terms and Conditions have been written in good faith and every effort has been made to accurately reflect the Provider's policies. The Provider can not be held responsible for any error, omission or unintentional misrepresentation that may appear in this document or on its websites.
